01. Direct Investing
- Interested investors can easily partner with us by investing in our real estate portfolio. We offer seamless opportunities for those looking to benefit from consistent returns. Our process is straightforward, ensuring that you can start growing your investment with us in no time.
- Expected return is 20%.
- Investors have the option to receive their returns on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis.
- All information will be formalized through a binding agreement, which will clearly outline all terms, criteria, and conditions.
02. Off-Plan Property Investments
Choose any property and pay up to 60% of its value as the up front payment.
We manage the remaining payments through strategic rental income and other investment strategies.
Your investment is divided:
- The down payment goes directly to the developer.
- The remaining funds are used in our leasing/subleasing operations, ensuring consistent returns to cover the developer’s monthly payments.
- You will receive monthly returns equivalent to the property installment.
- The SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) will be registered in the investor’s name.
- An investment agreement will be established, outlining all terms and conditions.
- The agreement will automatically terminate once the full payment for the property is completed and the property is handed over to you.

03. Payment Plan Management & Requirements
- We oversee all monthly installment payments to the developer.
- Payment plans must extend for a minimum of 5 years.
- The initial down payment to the developer cannot exceed 10% of the property’s value.
Registration Process
Once the payment plan is finalized, both parties will sign a detailed registration contract.
Secure Fund Transfer
Investors will securely transfer funds to Fama Investment’s designated account.
Hassle-Free Property Transfer
After the payment plan is completed, property ownership will be smoothly transferred to the investor.
